The Forestry Business Center was established to revitalize the regional economy with forestry at its core, using cedar produced abundantly in the Naka Town area. The center aims to increase the number of forestry workers and promote cooperation with educational institutions. In addition to serving as a co-working space, the center compiles information on the town’s forestry industry and supports production, processing, and utilization of the forest resource.

The “Anan Smart Work Office” is located on the premises of the Anan Science Center, which features one of the largest telescopes in Shikoku, and can be used as a “trial satellite office” for companies considering expansion into Anan City, as well as for daily facility use by teleworkers. One of its benefits is that it is located within a reasonable distance from mountains, rivers, the ocean, and the city center, just a short drive away. The facility is bright and open, with lots of sunlight and plenty of cedar wood from Tokushima Prefecture, and is equipped with the latest equipment, including wall-mounted monitors, screens, projectors, and equipment for online conferencing. It also offers a conference room, kitchen, multipurpose toilet, terrace, and wheelchair ramp.

・Extension cords and whiteboards are available for rent at the Miraicle Management Center on the 2nd floor.
・Take-out orders can be placed at CAFÉ and BAR NuuN on the 1st floor.
・Free facilities: Electricity socket, electric kettle, microwave oven, and shredder.
・Facilities for rent: Multifunctional machine…. Charge (paper size B5, B4, A4, A3) black and white 10 yen/sheet, color 50 yen/sheet.

The center was created as a hub of innovation by industry, academia, and government through IoT technology, etc., available at the Satellite office to promote various sectors, including developing the fisheries, a key industry in the region, into a growth industry.
